There is no actual trial version and if you try to use free software, eventually you're pushed into purchasing it. There it gets even better - they're using cheap tricks to milk more money - if you buy a full version - you get:
- Ability to edit (how is this even a pro in a full version?..)
- lots of media items
- effects (that are nearly impossible to manipulate rather than using just like a template)
And then - a surprise! a week later they charge you another 20 bucks because apparently when you purchase a full version, you get FREE TRIAL of FX that they automatically deduct from you after a week!
Like, what is this? I've seen burglars pulling out better tricks than this bullsh*t
I down loaded the trial version
I down loaded the trial version. After xoncertinf several dvd's successfully i purchased the premium version. After downloading it would not upgrade to the new version and would continually ask me to pay and upgrade again. I worked on line with wondershare for approximately an hour, and repeatedly deleating and reinstalling the software we were still unsuccessful. I asked for a refund ad was told no and sent me a link to their policy. The technition logged out and disappeared.

Data download requiring immediate response
I needed to download data from one laptop to another quickly to allow me to continue working as I am self employed. Lily responded extremely quickly and the download was done fast to allow me to carry on.

wanted me to do all that dumb fk and after that it can't function at all unless I purchase the premium... why don't you make it pop up right after I installed it instead of making me setting up all those things. Really dumb!

I bought their one time $80 software
I bought their one time $80 software. Every time they change something it makes the software funky and you HAVE to upgrade to the next version or it won't work properly. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months because I couldn't export in settings that I originally could (9:16 aspect ratio). They had me download another upgraded version and now I have to pay more in order to get rid of the watermark. They have not been able to help, every time I email them someone new responds and tells me to do the same thing the previous person told me. I'm over it. If you have a MAC I'd stay away. I have no idea about PC's but these guys are not in it to help their customers. They are in it to make money and don't have the customer support to help. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. Extreemly shady auto renewal process. To which returns will be complicated and drawn out. Better to look for something else with better business practices that relie on good customer service rather then Shady practices.

I am new to wondershare and an older digital immigrant. I sent a ticket for clarification on a question. Within a day I received my reply. The reply was respectful and totally clarified my question! Through tutorials I am learning gow to make simple videos/ my grandkids love make videos with their Nana!
Dishonest biz practices
Purchased recoverit and the application would still show me the purchase screen after logging in. A defective product.
After 10 minutes I filled a refund request. 8 hours later they inform me I must go through their tech support process and exaust all options! Western businesses give instant refunds in this situation.

MobileTrans unlikely to work if transitioning from work iphone. Mixed customer service
Wondershares products didn't work for me - MobileTrans for Whatsapp transfer doesn't work if your iphone encrypts your backup on your PC - as would be the case with most employer-provided phones.
Initially I had substantial trouble getting a refund for this however after posting about my experience on here Wondershare have been lovely and have assured me that a refund will be provided.

Crappy Software from Scammers
Used PayPal to buy Video Conversion software (which didn't work). They set up annual recurring payments on PayPal. Got ripped off $250, no way to recover through PayPal or Wondershare. PayPal is at fault for not notifying users when a merchant sets up a recurring payment. Never buy anything from this company!
